Cafe Noor is pleased to invite you to dine in on a Monday or Tuesday evening and experience authentic South Indian family recipes, handed down through the generations.

Diners are invited to share Cafe Noor´s longe stablished passion for Indian Cuisine. The South Indian menu consists of an Appetiser, a selection of Starters, and a range of Main Courses varying in heat, with plenty of tasty Vegetarian options and warming traditional Curries.

Idli & Sambhar
Mild. Steamed Rice Cake Doused in Sambhar. Accompanied by our Coconut, Garlic & Tomato Chutney
Vada & Sambhar
Mild. Doughnut shaped Fritters made of Spiced Lentils with Whole Spices and Green Chilli. Deep Fried. Served with Sambhar with Coconut, Tomato & Garlic Chutney
Potato Vada
Mild. Spiced Mashed Potato with Mustard Seeds and Fresh Herbs. Deep fried in a Gram Flour Batter. Served with Sambhar and Coconut, With Tomato & Garlic Chutney.

Mysore Masala Dosa (v)

Paneer Dosa (v)
Medium. Grated Indian Cottage Cheese with Warm Spices, Red Onion, Coriander and Curry Leaves,
Spicy Chicken Mince Dosa
Hot. Filled with Spicy Chicken Mince, South Indian Spices, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli and Coriander
Lamb Mince Dosa
Medium. Filled with Spicy Lamb Mince, South Indian Spices, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli, Coriander, Garlic and Mustard Seeds.
South Indian Chicken Curry
Medium. Boneless Chicken Breast Pieces cooked with Ginger, Garlic, Onions and Warm South Indian Spices, Curry Leaves and Fresh Coriander. Served with Boiled Rice or South Indian Lemon Rice.
South Indian Lamb Curry
Medium. Tender Lamb with Ginger, Garlic and Coconut slowly cooked with Fresh Tomato and Warm Spices. Garnished with Fresh Curry Leaves, Coconut and Fried Red Onion. Served with Boiled Rice or South Indian Lemon Rice.
South Indian Mixed Vegetables Curry (v)
Hot. Aubergines, Okra & Seasonal Vegetables cooked with South Indian Spices, a Touch of Yoghurt, Coconut and Green Chilli. Served with Boiled Rice or South Indian Lemon Rice.

Fully Licensed

Cafe Noor also boasts a fully licensed and generously stocked bar with Kingfisher, Cobra and Tennents on draft, as well as an extensive wine list, a variety of popular spirits and tea or coffee.

Cafe Noor's extensive A La Carte Menu is available at all times, and our generous Pre Theatre Menu is available from 3pm until 8pm Monday to Thursday, 3pm until 5pm Friday to Sunday. Both A La Carte and Pre Theatre Menues include great selection of delicious Vegetarian options and Western dishes.

Our food may contain nuts, seeds, various types of flour including wheat, pepper, seafood, eggs, and dairy etc. Cafe Noor does not use any colours, preservatives or ghee.

Dosa

Dosa is a type of Crispy Flat Bread or Pancake made of Ground Rice and Urid Lentils. The traditional centrepiece of Southern Indian Cuisine, Dosa are served with dipping Pots of Sambhar, Coconut Chutney and Tomato & Garlic Chutney.
